The global perception of the result of the 2008 election has had a worldwide effect on the global nation. In Kenya, they have designated a national holiday to him. Also foreign leaders across the globe are being forced to reconsider their actions because of Obama’s plans to meet with many foreign leaders, foreign leaders that George Bush denied meetings with. The election of Obama has not only been a nation wide change, but a worldwide change, some people are looking forward to that, and others not so much.
