The new advancements in technology have been a new way for both parties to get there policies across the country. Especially to the youth, the technology has given them chances to re-watch debates, and read what is going on each day in the election. Overall. Technology brought this election to a whole new level from short blog’s about each candidates debates, or quick facts about each of them. The global perception of the result of the 2008 election has had a worldwide effect on the global nation. In Kenya, they have designated a national holiday to him. Also foreign leaders across the globe are being forced to reconsider their actions because of Obama’s plans to meet with many foreign leaders, foreign leaders that George Bush denied meetings with. The election of Obama has not only been a nation wide change, but a worldwide change, some people are looking forward to that, and others not so much.

i comopletely agree that the use of technology has helped to spread news about the election and people could get more information. I think that since Obama is willing to meet with many foreign leaders, the United States might just be better off than we were before.

I really like what you said about technology not only impacting the election in our country but globally. Information about our government and political issues are more easily spread to people all over the world through the internet. I think that is fascinating and important for other countries to know more specifically what our government is all about.

I also think that the technology was really important in this election. It allowed the candidates to reach the voters, and even more importantly sway and make an impact on the young voters. I'm also eager to see how Obama is going to deal with talking to all the foreign countries - it should be interesting to follow.
